1. Oatmeal Face Wash

What you need

• ½ cup colloidal oatmeal
• 4 drops lavender oil *optional
• Clean plastic jar

Directions

1. Mix up the ingredients in a clean plastic jar. Store in your bathroom cabinet. Don’t get water into it!
2. To wash your face, place about ½ tsp to 1 tsp of the mixture on your palm, wet it and mix it up to create a paste. Shut your eyes tight and apply the mixture on your damp face. Rinse off with tepid water. Pat your face dry and moisturize!

2. Soothing Aloe & Honey Face Wash

If you have a sunburn on your face or eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, then this face wash will soothe and cool your skin! It has anti-inflammatory properties too!

What you need

• ¼ cup witch hazel
• ¼ cup rose water
• 2 tsp vegetable glycerin or aloe vera gel
• Small funnel
• Clean amber bottle for storage
• Cotton pads

Directions

1. Place a funnel into the bottle then pour in the measured amounts of witch hazel, rose water and vegetable glycerin or aloe vera gel.
2. Close the bottle and shake well.
3. To use, pour just a little onto a clean cotton pad then gently wipe your face. Repeat if necessary and you’re done!
