You might be wondering if you can leave green tea in your hair overnight. Find out how!
Leaving nourishing stuff in your hair overnight is a popular way to get all the beneficial nutrients to sink deep into your hair follicles. There are several benefits to this including faster hair growth and strengthened hair follicles.
Now you can’t just leave anything in your hair all night. I mean, can you leave eggs in your hair overnight? I wouldn’t recommend it yet some people actually do for a deep protein treatment! But there are some things that are perfectly fine to leave in your hair overnight especially if they’re non-messy!
Green Tea for Hair Care
The first time I heard of using green tea for beauty, I found out that it’s an amazing anti-aging ingredient. Sip away the tea for youthful looking skin! When I really started getting into DIY beauty, I incorporated green tea in my skin care routine such as this DIY Green Tea Toner for Oily Skin. It is a lovely skin toner!
Then later on I discovered you can put green tea on your hair too! It acts as a natural conditioner, hair de-tangler, hydrator and hair strengthener! It also stimulates hair growth when massaged into the hair roots!

Coconut says
I wish I knew about this tea for hair growth along time ago I wouldn’t be sitting around with my hair the way it is if this works out I be a happy camper I just wish there was more communicate better with these things and things would of work to grow this hair long and beautiful but you have to be from and get right to stand say what needs to be said or done by better communication is always the best so give your hair a chance to grow for a week and see how the growth is doing and never never give up on your hair so talk with the hair style and have better communication and see where your hair growth grows or not. But you have to be there when you’re hair needs you and just listen to your hair it dose talk but if you can’t go anywhere with out a vehicle then what do you do with your hair you wait for the tea to work they said green tea I say black tea why not both but the tea is always there when you want it so have better communication with your self and who cares what others say or see maybe the tea and the hair can go out on a picnic right down the road from the hair part it be fun and can communicate about the truth and etc. Go right by the lines of the head and part away from in strips of hair .
