1. Whipped Eczema Cream: First whip up your shea butter into a fluffy white cream that has the consistency of whipped cream. To do this, first melt down 1 cup of shea butter in a double boiler over medium-low heat. Then place it to cool and partially solidify in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. When the time is up, get out the mixture and beat it into a fluffy white cream for 7 minutes using a hand mixer. Once you achieve that consistency, feel free to add any of the essential oils of your choice (about 20-25 drops) then apply.
2. Shealoe + Essential Oils: A very soothing combination, this is a must-try if you have eczema. Simply blend 1 cup of shea butter with 1/3 cup of pure aloe vera gel in a high speed blender to form a smooth cream. Add your essential oils of choice (20 drops). Stir well and your cream is ready for use!
3. Shea Butter + Rose Water + Essential Oils: This has got to be one of the most calming products ever. Simply add 1 cup of shea butter into a high speed blender, followed by ¼ cup of organic rose water and 2 tsp raw honey. Blend till creamy. Now transfer into a clean wide mouth jar and add 20 drops of your essential oil of choice. It stores for 2 years.
