Ingredients for Rice Water Serum for Glass Skin
- 2 Tablespoons of Rice Water
- 2 teaspoons of Aloe Vera Gel
- ¼ teaspoon of Vitamin E oil (or 3 capsules)
- 2 drops of rose essential oil (optional)

- Earlier in the article we saw how to make rice water, which is very easy to make. Now get 2T of that rice water add it to a bowl.
- In your bowl, add the rest of the ingredients mentioned above; aloe vera gel, vitamin e oil and essential oil of your choice, if using. Use tea tree oil for acne-prone skin, or use rose essential oil for it’s antiaging and antioxidant properties.
- Mix well with a glass stirring rod
- Now carefully transfer your serum to a spray bottle or dropper bottle.
- Your rice water serum for skin is now ready! Spray all over your face 1 – 2 times a day, or use one dropper full if using a dropper bottle.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Ingredients for Rice Water Serum for Hair Growth
- 1/2 cup of rice water
- 1/4 cup of aloe vera gel
- 1/2 teaspoon vitamin E oil
- 4 drops of rosemary essential oil (optional)
- 1/4 cup of rose water (to adjust the consistency to your liking)
Procedure to Make Rice Water Serum for Hair Growth
- Remember the easy basic rice water we made earlier? Into a large bowl, transfer ½ cup of rice water and add aloe vera gel, vitamin e and rosemary essential oil.
- Mix everything thoroughly with a stirring rod.
- Transfer to a dropper bottle or empty serum bottle.
- If you want more convenience, you can transfer your rice hair serum to a spray bottle. To do that, you should make it lighter consistency, by adding some rose water or extra rice water. Transfer to your spray bottle and spray once a day.
- As ever, store in your refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
