DIY Clove Mouth Wash for Dental Care
This could replace dental visits altogether! Who knew cloves were powerful enough to reverse cavities, stop tooth pain, kill bacteria that cause bad breath, prevent future cavities and save big bucks on dental visits!
To obtain all these amazing benefits of cloves, all you need to do is to make this DIY clove mouth wash! Simply get 1 – 2 tablespoons of cloves and boil in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes. Alternatively, I prefer to put 2 tablespoons of clove in a large mason jar, pour in 2 cups of hot water, close with a lid and allow to steep overnight. Then use in the morning. Use your homemade clove mouth wash 2 times a day.
DIY Clove Spray for Face Care
DIY Clove Face Spray: It’s so easy to make clove water. Simply get 2 Tbsp of cloves and steep in 1 cup of boiling water. Let it cool down completely (takes about 2 hours). By this time the water will also become a deep brownish color. Now transfer to a spray bottle and use as needed on your face. Spray about 4 pumps on all sides of your face and neck too. Let it air dry or use a small portable fan like I do to speed up the process. You can use this 1 – 2 times a day. Store the clove spray in your refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
