Eating avocados helps maintain healthy moisturized skin but using it topically also gives you instant results! Pree this moisturizing face mask with avocado and honey!
- Avo-Honey Moisturizing Mask: In a small blender, add the flesh of one half of a ripe avocado. Next add 1 tsp raw honey and 2 drops lavender essential oil. Blend for a few seconds to achieve a smooth creamy consistency. Store in a sealable jar in your refrigerator for up to 10 days. Apply a tsp of it consistently on your face every day to deeply moisturize it! Rinse off with cold water after 15 minutes and pat dry.

Mix them up well with a whisk then store in an air tight jar in the refrigerator. Take a suitable amount in a bowl to the shower with you. Wet your body in the shower then give your skin a scrub-a-dub for 4 minutes using the scrub. When rinsing it off, don’t try to scrub off the oily residue that remains! It’s supposed to gradually sink into your skin, acting as a nice moisturizer!
