I simply ADORE these whole wheat banana muffins. And the best part is that they’re super easy to whip up! It took me 10 minutes to prepare all the ingredients and 25 minutes to bake. All in all, these scrumptious babies just need 15 minutes of your time in the kitchen. I used a 6 tin muffin pan because I wasn’t sure how they would turn out since I used whole wheat flour and brown sugar and I just thought this would be a hit and miss recipe but guess what?! They turned out perfect. You can eat them for breakfast with chamomile tea or hot cacao like I did as you can see in the photo above. Or just savor a muffin as dessert after a meal. That’s what I did with the remaining three ;p. Be sure to double the recipe cuz 6 muffins are NOT gonna last long! 😉
