Oatmeal and Honey Face Mask Recipe for Acne

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon ground oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon organic liquid honey
Directions
1. Fetch the ingredients you need for your acne face mask. Make sure to grind your oats using a coffee grinder or blender.
2. Combine the ingredients well in a mixing bowl.
3. Slather the mixture onto your clean face using an applicator brush or clean finger tips.
4. Wait for 10 minutes or however long till the face mask dries up.
5. When the time is up, use your fingers to effectively rinse off the mask with warm water. The final rinse should be done using tepid to cold water to close off pores.
6. Pat dry with a clean towel and apply a toner.
My Tips
1. Use organic liquid honey. The processed type may aggravate your acne.
2. Don’t use a wash cloth to when rinsing off the dried face mask as it will further irritate your acne. Clean fingertips and thorough rinsing with warm water will do the job effectively.
