My Top 5 Favorite Natural Shampoo Recipes – DIY at Home!

One of the things I’m really happy to have discovered is that you don’t need to use store-bought shampoo for squeaky clean silky hair. You can make your own right at home! In this post, I’m sharing my top 5 favorite natural shampoo recipes!

Whenever I mix up my natural shampoo recipes and remain with clean and silky hair, I always tell everyone in the family that I can never go back to store-bought shampoo. The thing with homemade shampoo is that you need to choose the right ingredients and mix them up well. You don’t need to worry about chemicals or product build-up or anything like that.

Heck, you don’t even need to use conditioner afterwards! Yup, you heard me right! There is no need to use conditioner after you use these natural shampoos!

Okay, let’s move on to the natural shampoo recipes:

Top 5 Natural Shampoo Recipes

Remember, the measurements of the ingredients depend on your hair length and thickness. My hair is currently shoulder-length, thick and wavy so these are the measurements I use. Feel free to adjust the amount by using more or less ingredients.

All these natural shampoo recipes are for one-time use. Make a shampoo right before you shower.

Can I make larger batches of this? If so, would I need to refrigerate because of egg and coconut milk?
