Ingredients for Garlic Nail Growth Oil

  • 1 -2 garlic pearls, minced or crushed
  • 1/8 cup of pure olive oil
  • Equipment: Glass dropper bottle, small funnel, metal garlic mincing press

Method for Garlic Nail Growth Oil for Steel Nails

  1. Begin by removing the skin off your garlic
  2. Now crush the garlic either with a motor and pestle or with a garlic mincing tool, like I did.
  3. Put your small funnel into your dropper bottle and push in the minced garlic with a clean skewer.
  4. Slowly pour in your olive oil until ¾ way full.
  5. Close the cap tightly then shake the bottle to make sure it’s well mixed.
  6. Allow the garlic nail oil to infuse for at least 6 hours before use.

How to Use Garlic Nail Growth Oil for Steel Nails

  1. Wash and dry your hands before use. Rub the oil and massage it in to boost blood circulation to your nails which will help boost nail growth.
  2. You can use it as an overnight treatment – In this case, once you’re done with your night routine and ready to go to bed, rub your garlic oil onto your cuticles and nails, including over and under your nails, then throw on some gloves or socks. In the morning wash your nails with mild hand soap. There will be no smell.
  3. Nail Growth Soak – Make a larger batch of garlic oil for this. In a bowl, pour in your garlic oil and then dip your nails into the bowl. Allow your nails to soak for upto 30 minutes. You can watch your favorite show while you do this. The soaking method is especially helpful for fungal infections or nail bed inflammation.

More Tips for Nail Growth & Steel Nails

  • Always wear gloves when washing dishes, because dish washing liquid is harsh and makes nails brittle and easy to break.
  • Do not use your nails to open any jars, they will weaken and break!
  • Never use your nails as tools, like to scrape anything during cleaning or to scratch anything hard.
  • Apply a thin coat of clear breathable nail polish to further prevent breaking, I do this when I’m growing out my nails sometimes.
